Positive Ageing Week Photo Exhibition
In advance of Positive Ageing Week 2010 (September 24 to October 2), we held our fourth national photographic competition,the theme this year was “Generations Together” and the aim was to try and capture images of positive ageing in Ireland. The winning shots along with 27 other images have been selected and turned into our fourth Positive Ageing Photography Exhibition and it will tour Ireland and be displayed in 15 venues over the summer months.

Get Knitting to help Age Action
Senator David Norris has launched the "innocent Big Knit". Age Action is urging the public to help knit 80,000 bottle top hats for bottles of innocent smoothies. For each hat-topped bottle of smoothie sold from mid September to early October, Age Action will receive a 25 cent donation. Knitting patterns are available click here and here.
